STU AND DICK HIT VEGAS

STU AND DICK HIT VEGAS brings representatives from numerous non profits to Las Vegas for a chance to
win big for their organizations. It’s a satire that asks the question “Do you have to be good to do good”

Mary Burns is a former journalist, documentary filmmaker and professor of Creative Writing at Douglas College. She has published seven books, many short stories and her plays have been performed on CBC and BBC radio, as well as on stage in Vancouver, Windsor and Halifax. Her first book, Suburbs of the Arctic Circle, was the Literary Press Group’s Writer’s Choice and her last book The Reason for Time, a finalist for the Foreword Reviews Indie Award, an Editor’s Choice in the Historical Novels Review, and was listed as a “Must Read Chicago Book” by Bookriot. Mary has lived on the Sunshine Coast since 1995.
