About this event
The Sunshine Coast Youth Dance Association is pleased to present to you our rendition of The Nutcracker with a modern twist. Over 80 local youth from Powell River to Gambier Island aged 6-19 have spent the past several months working tirelessly in rehearsals and fundraising to bring you this inaugural production. Featuring Guest Artists from Coastal City Ballet Company.
We will be following all current Provincial Health Protocols and procedures set in place by the Gibsons Heritage Playhouse. All attendees over the age of 12 will need to show a valid vaccine passport and identification. Masks must be worn inside the theatre.
We are selling tickets that comply with capacity regulations at the current time. If these numbers should change between now and the date of the performance, refunds will be issued less service fees to those we can no longer accommodate. In the unlikely event that this should happen, your seat allocation may vary to accommodate new guidelines set forth and we will fill the theatre to capacity in the order which tickets were purchased. People who have bought their tickets first will be reseated first and then second and so forth.
When booking your seats please try not to leave empty seats scattered throughout the venue. Also please leave the front row for guests with mobility issues and those whom have difficulties with stairs.
